Chi Town
It’s been a busy couple days. Late last week I went to Chicago for a Hillsong United concert. It was part of the Willow Creek Art Conference, “Wonder.” It never ceases to amaze me the power of the Holy Spirit. As thousands of people gathered to worship the Lord…He was personal to meet me in my heart right there in the midst of it all!
The next day we headed to downtown to act like some tourist. We walked around, sight saw, shopped, and ate some traditional deep dish Chicago style pizza. It rained the whole day but we bought some umbrellas and made the most of it.
It was a great trip! God is so good, so faithful, and so amazing. He is drawing me closer, restoring dreams in my heart, and allowing me to be apart of heaven being brought to earth!
Whoa! Good times. I’m still laughing about Francy jumping out of my car during rush hour in downtown chicago, banging on my trunk and yelling at me to open it. Only to find out I can’t open it when the car is on. Then having her door lock when she tried to get back in PRICELESS!
Lol!! Amanda how did I completely forget about that?! I thought you guys were just messin with me. Yes, good times indeed. I’ve got to send you the other pics & video! I had so much fun!
